From the sanctuary of the sea

ree

Today I sit facing the sea, in a pristine corner where the sand still holds centuries-old secrets and dolphins draw smiles on the horizon. The air smells of salt and freedom; the waves sing an ancient song, accompanied by birds and the distant laughter of children running around without time or space. In this stillness filled with melodies, I reflect on the true meaning of existence. For years I searched for it outside: in books, in other people's voices, in courses, in every word that could enlighten me. And yet... the answer was always within me.

Life is governed by sacred codes invisible to the distracted eye, but visible to those who know how to look. Codes that speak of evolution, love, learning, and maturity. Codes that invite us to embrace light and shadow, to remember how genuine we are when we stop chasing external validation. These are the same codes that govern writing for healing. The blank page is like this shore: it receives everything we let go and returns what we truly are. When we write from the soul, we align ourselves with the same force that moves the waves, with the secret pulse that sustains creation.

When you are able to listen to what you only heard before… when you truly touch what you barely touched before… when you savor each bite as a sacred act… then you understand. You understand that meaning is not in arriving, but in being. It is not in accumulating, but in being.

From here, from this infinite blue sanctuary, I confirm that living is an art… and writing is a way back home.

With deep love: Yirka Gonzalez
