Your house reflects your interior

ree

From this profound freedom in which I find myself, with my mind free and untraversed, I feel absolutely connected to the essential source that embraces me, to that primordial source that is everything.

Today I understand that our home is a reflection of our inner selves. The house is a place of contemplation, our sanctuary. We spend a large part of our lives there: we eat, rest, raise families, and discover ourselves.

When a house is cluttered, dirty, or filled with unnecessary objects, it often speaks to a neglected interior. A cluttered home reflects a body burdened by excess and a mind trapped in the superfluous. Broken decorations or abandoned spaces point to wounds we don't address, thoughts we don't nurture, or bonds that poison us.

Our temple is our body, and our physical home is its mirror. The environment we inhabit directly influences our well-being. Living in environments filled with noise or toxic relationships is like living in a dusty home: suffocating and disconnected.

Therefore, the home of our dreams must be aligned with our essence. A natural, harmonious place that breathes with water, earth, fire, and air. From there, we can write, create, heal, and fulfill our mission of service and love.

At this point in my life, I'm also on that quest. I want a home much more aligned with my purpose, where my family finds peace, and where my writing continues to flourish in service to others.

I propose a writing exercise:

• Describe your interior home.

• Which windows need to be opened?

• Which rooms have been closed for years?

• What objects should you move or drop?

Remember: a tidy and clean house is also a soul that reconnects with itself. The house speaks to us. Do you hear it?

With deep love: Yirka Gonzalez
